You do not have permission to take work product from this website and use it in any way that harms the teaching efforts (as defined by the Publisher), intentionally or unintentionally, or in any way that diminishes the Publisher’s ability to control the distribution, content, and presentation of its teaching efforts.

The Publisher reserves the right to revoke any permission previously granted for republication at any time and for any reason.

You MAY NOT post our content on a website or online content management system that you own or control. Online republication is prima facie mass duplication and may negatively impact this website’s teaching mission in several ways, including but not limited to search engine duplication penalties.
